Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geovane rabello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BIG GARLIN (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Geovane rabello!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BIG GARLIN!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
GARLIN throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
BIG GARLIN seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

GARLIN shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in rabello's guard.
GARLIN wanted to stand there but rabello had control of the position.
GARLIN trying to control the position from guard on top but rabello is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
GARLIN pushes down on rabello's leg and manages to get into half guard.

GARLIN should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

GARLIN is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

rabello wants to control but GARLIN passes into side.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
rabello tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but GARLIN presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
rabello can't escape the position.
rabello takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

It looks like Geovane rabello has been cut.
GARLIN lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
rabello tries to reverse the position but GARLIN maintains control.
rabello is working hard here to advance position.

rabello tries to lock up and control but GARLIN gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
rabello is desperately trying to improve his position but GARLIN has a good base and remains in mount.

GARLIN swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and rabello is now in GARLIN's guard. A big mistake from GARLIN there, giving up the dominant position!
rabello wants to control from the top but GARLIN keeps moving.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
GARLIN is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
rabello is breathing heavily.

rabello drops back, looking for a kneebar! GARLIN looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. GARLIN looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from GARLIN!

GARLIN working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
rabello sneaks back into half guard.
rabello wants to control but GARLIN is keeping busy and won't allow it.

A chopping leg kick lands by GARLIN.
GARLIN rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but rabello moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
GARLIN jabs rabello right on the nose. rabello blinks but takes it well.

Geovane rabello's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
rabello drops his hands momentarily and GARLIN takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
rabello avoids a punch combination nicely.
GARLIN throws a head kick but rabello moves out of range.

GARLIN fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with rabello, pushing him back against the cage.

GARLIN has hold of one of rabello's legs. rabello is fighting the takedown attempt but GARLIN gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

GARLIN gets to his feet - rabello follows without any prompting.
rabello is looking to clinch but GARLIN is avoiding it.
GARLIN swings for the body but rabello moves out of range.
GARLIN fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

GARLIN rushes rabello and presses him up against the cage.
rabello is looking to break free of the clinch but GARLIN has double underhooks.

rabello is fighting off a takedown attempt but GARLIN is just too persistent for him and manages to trip rabello to the mat. rabello regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

GARLIN is pushing down on rabello's leg trying to pass to half guard. rabello is fighting to maintain full guard but GARLIN has managed to sneak the leg through.
rabello is looking to escape.
rabello is not content to let GARLIN control the position.
rabello is looking for a sweep. GARLIN is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

GARLIN is working for a submission of some sort.
GARLIN perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

GARLIN is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! rabello is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
