The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kent stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kent with a poor takedown
and Jackson counters with a left to the body.
Jackson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Clark Kent has been cut.
Jackson cracks Kent with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jackson feints with a jab and clips Kent right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Kent is sent crashing into the canvas and Jackson leaps in for the kill! Kent tries to get to his feet but Jackson is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Kent is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rodney Jackson!
