Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jamaal Santana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ronnie Scrollman!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana avoids a punch combination nicely.
Santana thinks about countering with a head kick.
Santana misses with a takedown attempt - Scrollman sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Santana closes the distance but Scrollman moves to the side
and Scrollman counters with a series of strikes. Santana will be more careful next time no doubt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Santana throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Despite the aggression on Scrollman's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Santana misses the shot to the body.
Scrollman is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Scrollman keeps the fight on the outside.

Scrollman throws a nice looking combination but Santana bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Santana darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Scrollman kicks Santana off and gets back to his feet.
Santana looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Scrollman is fending him off so far but Santana persists. Nope, Scrollman circles away and we're back to standing.
Santana sets himself, and Scrollman steps forward looking for the clinch! Santana avoids it this time.
Santana tries to clinch but Scrollman is having none of it.
Santana throws a sloppy head kick and Scrollman moves out of range easily.
Santana really is a fat lump.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Santana fails with the takedown
and Scrollman scores with a counter punch that sends Santana to the canvas! Scrollman smells blood - he's punishing Santana with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Santana has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

In his post fight interview, Ronnie Scrollman gave a big smile as he said 'Im glad I got the win and Im ready for whatever is next'.
