Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alpha Gamma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Vermeer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamma lands a head shot.
Vermeer throws a hook to the side of Gamma's head but Gamma sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
As Vermeer tries to get set, Gamma tries to push him back and clinch up but Vermeer manages to avoid the attempt.
Gamma on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Vermeer misses the jab.
Nice cross by Gamma.
Vermeer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gamma throws a hook but Vermeer avoids it easily.
A little jabbing left from Vermeer on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Vermeer walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Gamma ducks under a wild hook from Vermeer.

Vermeer has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Gamma finds it's way round the side to connect with Vermeer's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gamma throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vermeer sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gamma. Vermeer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gamma takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Alpha Gamma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gamma swings for the body but Vermeer moves out of range.
Vermeer ducks under a wild hook from Gamma.
Gamma misses with a hook
and Vermeer counters with a nice uppercut.

Vermeer has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Gamma fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gamma definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gamma misses with a hook. Vermeer ducked under it nicely.
Vermeer takes a swing at Gamma's ribcage but misses.

and Vermeer counters with a nice uppercut.
Gamma shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Gamma is rocked!
Vermeer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Oh Gamma is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vermeer lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Gamma falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
