Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Saint!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Seth Smolka!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint misses with a hook.
Saint wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Saint lands a jab.
Saint misses with a kick to the body.
Smolka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Saint sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Smolka somewhat.

Smolka shoots in and gets a takedown into Saint's guard.
Smolka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smolka trying to control the position from guard on top but Saint is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Saint wants to sweep here but Smolka controlling him for the moment.
Saint is pulling down on Smolka's head. It's preventing any offense from Smolka, at least for the moment.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Nice sprawl there from Saint as Smolka shoots in.
Jab, jab by Saint - just one landing.
Saint scores with a decent looking hook.
Saint throws a solid leg kick but Smolka takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Saint.
Smolka gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Saint counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Johnny Saint has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seth Smolka.
Smolka throws a head kick that misses
and Saint counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Smolka has his takedown stuffed
and Saint cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Smolka is rocked!
Saint throws a monster overhand right that drops Smolka! Saint follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
