Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by The Mercenary. Murray has chosen Alan Parsons Project - Sirius/Eye In The Sky as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murray tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Smith tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Murray manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Smith throws a series of punches but Murray avoids them all with ease.
Murray scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Smith thumps Murray with a low kick.

Murray closes the distance and clinches.
Murray struggles to land a body shot inside as Smith controls his hands.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Smith.
A short body shot lands from Murray as the two fighters clinch.

With the fighters up against the cage, Murray throws an elbow but misses.

Murray thows a left - swing and a miss!
Smith was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Murray rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smith moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smith lands with a thumping leg kick.
Murray looks to land a combination. Smith sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Terry Smith has been cut.
Murray scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Smith tries to clinch but Murray moves out of range.
Murray defending well as Smith loads up on a big left hand.
It seemed like Murray was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Smith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Murray closes the distance and pushes Smith back into the cage.
Murray misses with a hook to the ribs.
Murray tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Smith's elbow.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smith appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Murray throws a shot from downtown. Smith moves away and avoids it.

Murray tries to close the distance and clinch up but Smith swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Murray connects with a combination that backs up Smith into the cage. Murray lands a flurry of punches that gets past Smith's guard. Smith is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Murray bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
