Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Martin Kampmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raekwon The Chef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Chef has chosen Raekwon - Ice Cream as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Martin Kampmann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Raekwon The Chef!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kampmann listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
A big right from Kampmann misses.
Kampmann moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The Chef throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kampmann.
The Chef throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
The Chef bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kampmann throws a hook but The Chef avoids it easily.
The Chef looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Kampmann misses with a series of wild punches.
The Chef scores with a head kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kampmann is looking to score with low kicks.
Raekwon The Chef seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Chef throws a wild body kick that Kampmann sees coming a mile off.
The Chef just misses with a punch to the body.
Kampmann wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
The Chef swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kampmann moves out of range of the strikes.
Kampmann rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and The Chef counters with a nice leg kick.
The fighters circling - Kampmann throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Kampmann throws a low kick but The Chef avoids it.

Kampmann was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Kampmann lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

and Kampmann counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps The Chef thinking.
The Chef tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kampmann paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A shot to the body from The Chef misses
and Kampmann counters with a slapping leg kick.
The Chef misses with a looping left.
A head kick misses from The Chef.
Kampmann attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kampmann fails to land with a series of punches.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kampmann moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Kampmann fails to land with a series of punches.
The Chef wants to counter with a clinch but Kampmann pushes him away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The Chef looks for the body kick but Kampmann saw that one coming.
Kampmann takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The Chef fails to land with a series of punches.
The Chef scores with a push kick.
The Chef looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kampmann cracks the inside of The Chef's front leg.
The Chef throws out a leg kick but Kampmann moves out of range and The Chef only half commits.
Kampmann is looking to clinch.
The Chef ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kampmann throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kampmann is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Kampmann on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
We've been told by Kampmann's head coaches at Sydney Shootfighting that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Kampmann tries to bum rush The Chef with a series of wild strikes but The Chef uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The Chef lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kampmann's sensitive parts.
Kampmann misses with a looping right.
The Chef tries to counter with a clinch but Kampmann shakes him off and moves away.

The Chef closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The Chef working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Kampmann can't break the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Kampmann.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The Chef lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kampmann backwards.
The Chef's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
The Chef lands a hook to the side of the head.

Kampmann escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kampmann throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kampmann waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract The Chef.
The Chef gets in close and tags Kampmann with a short punch that almost sends Kampmann to the mat! Oh Kampmann is in big trouble! He turns his back on The Chef, trying to create some distance but The Chef rushes him, striking wildly and Kampmann goes down! The referee tackles The Chef into the cage to end the fight! The Chef is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raekwon The Chef!
A very excited looking Raekwon The Chef rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
