Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carl Sheppards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mendo Hecatomb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hecatomb comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mr. Crowley kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Carl Sheppards has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Carl Sheppards seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Hecatomb throws a lazy right hand but Sheppards sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Sheppards takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

and Hecatomb counters with a crisp one two that drops Sheppards! Hecatomb thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Sheppards to his feet! Sheppards is in big trouble!

Hecatomb takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sheppards tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hecatomb was well out of range. Poor timing from Sheppards.

Sheppards paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hecatomb is rocked!
Hecatomb bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hecatomb is still on wobbly legs! Can Sheppards finish him?
Sheppards throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Hecatomb colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Sheppards as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Hecatomb is left battered and dazed whilst Sheppards and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carl Sheppards!
