Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Noe Boyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Hitchcock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Hitchcock misses
and Boyle holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Hitchcock has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Boyle uses from the top position.

Boyle throws a sloppy head kick and Hitchcock moves out of range easily.

Boyle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hitchcock wants to control but Boyle is having none of it.

Hitchcock is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Boyle is staying active.
Boyle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Boyle unloads with some shots from mount but Hitchcock bucks and avoids them well.

Hitchcock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boyle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Hitchcock with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boyle to score with a decent uppercut.
Boyle feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hitchcocks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hitchcock moves in looking to clinch but Boyle pushes him off.
Boyle was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Boyle closes the distance and clinches.

Hitchcock lands a big head kick that sends Boyle tumbling to the mat! Hitchcock takes a step backwards and waves Boyle back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Noe Boyle has been cut.
Hitchcock closes the distance looking for a takedown. Hitchcock picks Boyle up and slams him brutally to the floor. Boyle is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
