Locke wants to get back to full guard but Penn has passed into side control.

Locke tries to improve his position but Penn has taken his back! Penn has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Locke tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Penn pushes Locke away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
