The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faria throws a lazy right hand but Kopejtka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Kopejtka feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Farias jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Kopejtka pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Faria back to the ropes. Kopejtka follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

A bone on bone clash there as Faria blocks the leg kick.

Faria throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kopejtka stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
