The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sin leaves Silva with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sin feinted with a counter takedown.

Sin drives through with a takedown into Silva's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Sin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.

Sin drops back looking for a leg! Silva is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silva manages to kick Sin off! Sin jumps back into Silva's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Silva isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sin stacks Silva on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sin!

Sin is trying to get an arm triangle but Silva is defending well.

Sin in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
A big shot lands for Sin! That's hurt Silva! Will he recover? Sin fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
