Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raven Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Shane Walker!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris misses with an attempted mid kick.
Harris throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Harris tries to land a front kick but Walker steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Harris bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Walker! He dives into his guard looking to finish!


It looks like Shane Walker has been cut.
Walker seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Walker wants to sweep but no luck.
Walker wants to improve his position but instead Harris has moved into half guard.
Harris will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Walker tries to get to full guard but Harris has control of the leg.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Harris wants to stand but Walker has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Walker wants to get back to full guard.
Walker wants to control but Harris is keeping busy.
Walker controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Harris throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Walker throws out a counter right but Harris avoids it with no problem.
Harris lands a nice looking body kick.
Harris misses with a head kick.
Walker thumps Harris with a low kick.
Harris ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Harris tries to clinch but Walker is having none of it.
Walker takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Walker looks winded!
Harris throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Walker blocks a head kick by Harris.
Walker swats away the attempt to clinch by Harris.
A countering left hand to the body from Walker misses.
Harris looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Harris tries to land a front kick but Walker steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Good work by Walker as he checks the leg kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Harris's corner calls for a 1-2. Harris obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Harris throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Walker counters with an outside leg kick.
Harris jabs at Walker's body.
Walker throws a leg kick but Harris checks it.
Harris uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Walker.
Walker misses with a leg kick
and Harris counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Harris misses the shot to the body.
Walker finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Harris closes the distance and pushes Walker back into the cage.
Walker cracks Harris with a nice body shot.

Walker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Harris connects with a jab.
Harris circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Harris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Walker moves away.
Walker just misses with a punch to the body.
Walker blocks a head kick by Harris.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Walker has taken the fight to the clinch.

Harris pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Harris gets in close and tags Walker with a short punch that almost sends Walker to the mat! Oh Walker is in big trouble! He turns his back on Harris, trying to create some distance but Harris rushes him, striking wildly and Walker goes down! The referee tackles Harris into the cage to end the fight! Harris is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raven Harris!
