Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Connolly!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Connolly gets a double leg takedown into Boyle's guard.
Boyle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Boyle is really struggling to control Connolly but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Boyle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Connolly gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Boyle working for a triangle but Connolly defends it easily.

Boyle is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Connolly controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Boyle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Connolly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boyle is trying to hold Connolly in close to prevent damage but Connolly has managed to pass into half guard.
Boyle tries to get to full guard but Connolly has control of the leg.
Connolly content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Connolly wants to lay and pray for a moment but Boyle keeps working.

Boyle has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Connolly. Oh but Boyle has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Connolly goes limp - he's gone! Boyle jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
