PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steven Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stark comes to the cage accompanied by Sledgehammer!. Henderson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jay Z- Big Pimpin kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark scores with a leg kick.
Stark jabs Henderson right on the nose. Henderson blinks but takes it well.
Henderson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Stark scores with a jab. Henderson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Henderson sizes up Stark with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Stark connects with a solid leg kick.
Stark looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Stark gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Henderson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stark tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Henderson misses the jab.
Stark throws a looping overhand right but Henderson ducks down to avoid it.
Henderson with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Henderson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Stark checks the leg kick nicely there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stark is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Henderson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Henderson's back!
