Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niklas Nyysonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jakub Lubanski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jakub Lubanski!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lubanski throws a good cross that connects.
Nyysonen fails with the takedown
and Lubanski counters with a stiff right hand.
Nyysonen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Nyysonen closes the distance and clinches up with Lubanski, looking for a takedown. Nyysonen pushes Lubanski against the cage but Lubanski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Lubanski counters with a nice uppercut.
Nyysonen goes for a double leg but Lubanski avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lubanski continues to drive forward.
Lubanski is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Niklas Nyysonen. That's going to take a lot out of him.

My spies in Koru MMA inform me that Lubanski has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Lubanski is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Nyysonen is forced to tap! Great finish!
