PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darryl Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haze has chosen Rough and Rugged - Asher D/ Daddy Freddy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Joe Quinn has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Joe Quinn seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Quinn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darryl Haze!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinn throws a solid leg kick but Haze takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Quinn.
A cross from Quinn lands.
Quinn has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Haze.
Quinn walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Quinn throws a sloppy body shot
enabling Haze to counter with a crisp jab.

Haze lands a big head kick that sends Quinn tumbling to the mat! Haze takes a step backwards and waves Quinn back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Joe Quinn has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Haze sends Quinn crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Haze is motioning to the referee to let Quinn up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Quinn is rocked!
That kick from Haze tenderised Quinn's leg. Quinn is trying to keep his angry face on.
Oh Quinn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quinn looks up at the clock. Bad move! Haze lands a right hand from hell, dropping Quinn. Haze pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darryl Haze!
