Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Azamat Secoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kit Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kit Walker is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azamat Secoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kit Walker!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Secoy throws a hook to the side of Walker's head but Walker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Walker tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Secoy throws a leg kick that misses.
Walker stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Secoy.

Secoy gets caught napping as Walker dives in and scores a takedown. Secoy manages to retain guard.
Walker is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Walker passes Secoy's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Walker wants to free his trapped foot but Secoy is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Walker is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walker with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Walker is working for a submission of some sort.

Walker trying to pass the guard but Secoy defending well.
Still in half guard, Walker seems content to control.
Walker winds up and cracks Secoy with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Walker is controlling the pace.
Walker frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Walker is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Secoy is forced to tap! Great finish!

A determined Kit Walker didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
