Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stack Shillings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Barrett turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Barrett does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Shillings lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Shillings feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Barretts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Shillings swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Barrett.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Crunch! Shillings slams his shin into Barrett's torso.
Barrett is breathing heavily.

Thud! ouch! good body kick from Shillings - that will leave a mark!
Shillings throws a good cross that connects.
Shillings throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Barrett on the side of the head.
Barrett walks straight into a right hand from Shillings - that's dropped him! Shillings jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Barrett from any more punishment! Barrett complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Stack Shillings!
