Under has chosen Imma Player, Tech N9ne as his entrance music. David Under will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dallas Haynes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, David Under!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Haynes as Under shoots in.
Under pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Haynes is looking for a counter combo.
Under fails to land the takedown.
Haynes avoids the head kick by Under.
Haynes seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Under.
Dallas Haynes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Under.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Haynes.

Under throws Haynes to one side and escapes!
Under is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Under fails with the takedown.

Haynes is looking to score with low kicks.
Haynes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Under eats them both and turns towards Haynes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


It looks like David Under has been cut.

Under has managed to clinch.

Under breaks from the clinch.
Under looks winded!
Under throws a series of punches but Haynes avoids them all with ease.
Under shoots in for a takedown but Haynes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
David Under seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Haynes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Under circles away.
Haynes throws a solid leg kick but Under takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Haynes.
Under feints a counter leg kick.

Haynes drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Haynes gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Haynes shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Under pinned against the cage. Under gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Haynes throws a right hand that Under ducks under and follows up with a left that Under also avoids with ease.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haynes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Haynes wants it to stay on the feet.
Haynes misses with a takedown attempt - Under sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Under lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Under.
Under fails with the takedown

and Haynes counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Under wants to get back to his feet but Haynes passes into half guard.

Haynes escapes and gets back to his feet.
Haynes misses with a low kick as Under jumps back.

Haynes decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Haynes working the head and body with strikes.

Haynes is looking for a kimura but Under is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Haynes to get the leverage.
Haynes wants to stand up but Under is controlling the position.
Haynes missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Under wants to control but Haynes is keeping busy.
Haynes is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Haynes not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Under keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Haynes seems to be working for a kimura but Under defends the submission attempt.

Haynes maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Under could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Haynes has cracked it and Under is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Haynes!
