Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dwain Brewer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Oban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Oban will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dwain Brewer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, David Oban!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brewer gets caught napping as Oban dives in and scores a takedown. Brewer manages to retain guard.
Brewer tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Oban's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Oban's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Oban prevents Brewer from getting back to his feet.
Brewer could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Oban is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Oban works over Brewer with some ground and pound from guard.
Oban stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brewer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oban would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Oban advances position into side control!

Oban has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Oban's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Oban wants to stand but Brewer is controlling his posture from full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Brewer is on top in guard.


Oban is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Brewer rolls with it to try and escape but Oban cranks on the arm and Brewer is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
