Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, One Kolm!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Carbon!

Kolm changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carbon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kolm scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Carbon to see if he's OK.
Kolm working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Kolm has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Carbon is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kolm cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Carbon tries to hold on but Kolm pushes him away.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kolm cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Kolm should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Kolm postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Carbon looks a forlorn figure.

Carbon is rocked!
Kolm connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kolm working the ground and pound effectively.
Oh Carbon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kolm lands a couple of good shots and Carbon has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kolm throwing wild punches that miss their target.
Carbon seems to have got his legs back now.
Kolm throwing damaging strikes from the back! Carbon could be in trouble here!
Kolm lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Kolm has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Carbon's body.
Kolm lands a shot to the head.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Kolm.
Kolm is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Kolm gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Kolm gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Kolm apologises and we restart here on the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Carbon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kolm was well out of range. Poor timing from Carbon.
Kolm tries for a takedown but Carbon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Kolm takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Kolm shoots in and gets a takedown into Carbon's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kolm distracts Carbon with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Kolm is working Carbon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kolm is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Kolm with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kolm cracks Carbon with a solid left hand.
Kolm works over Carbon with some ground and pound from guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kolm lands a couple of elbows.
Kolm is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Kolm trying to control but Carbon is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

One Kolm dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Carbon ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
One Kolm is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Carbon thuds a left hand into Kolm's body.
Carbon lands a lovely overhand right.
Kolm changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carbon tries to avoid it but Kolm manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carbon to the ground. Carbon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kolm takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Carbon throws a shot to the body.
Carbon misses with a series of wild punches.
Carbon is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Kolm shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Carbon as he avoids it easily.
Carbon appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A jab from Carbon does it's job there.
Carbon cracks a nice hook into Kolm's ribs.
Carbon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kolm at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Carbon works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kolm is breathing heavily.

Carbon connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Timothy Carbon is winning the standup battle so far.
Carbon scores with a nice head shot.

Carbon drops Kolm with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kolm looks back up at him and smiles so Carbon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.


Kolm is rocked!
Kolm is holding his hands too far apart here. Carbon throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Kolm is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
