Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juji Gatame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eliézer Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gatame kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Storm. Machado has chosen Kim Carnes - Bette Davis Eyes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oh Gatame is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gatame walks straight into a right hand from Machado - that's dropped him! Machado jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gatame from any more punishment! Gatame complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
