Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Al Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves moves out of range as Adams throws a body kick.
Adams definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Alves shoots in looking for a takedown. Adams tries to sprawl out of it but Alves keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Adams manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Adams lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Alves has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Alves and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Alves unleashes a big counter combination but Adams bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
