The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pauletty misses with a left hand
and Kurojebow counters with a straight right hand.
Kurojebow pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Pauletty. No joy for Kurojebow on that attempt.

A slapping body kick lands there for Kurojebow.

Pauletty drops Kurojebow with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kurojebow looks back up at him and smiles so Pauletty waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kurojebow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pauletty as he jumps to the side.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pauletty can do anything to dispel that myth.
Pauletty is controlling an arm, preventing Kurojebow from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Kurojebow wants to control the pace but Pauletty is squirming around nicely.

Pauletty mutters something to Kurojebow before pushing him back against the cage. As Kurojebow comes back towards him, Pauletty unloads a hook from the very depths of hell that knocks Kurojebow clean out! Oh. My. God. That is some seriously brutal stuff right there! What a knockout!
