Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rafa Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrzej Gajewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva's entrance music is UFC Theme Song. A fine choice. Gajewski has chosen Smile as his entrance music. Andrzej Gajewski told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Gajewski! But no joy.
Gajewski throws a body kick that misses.
A low kick from Silva is predictable there
and Gajewski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Silva throws a leg kick but Gajewski checks it.
Gajewski throws a fast counter high kick but Silva manages to duck under it in time.

Silva seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

It seemed like Gajewski was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

A decent looking cross lands there for Silva.

and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gajewski takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Silva misses the shot to the body.
Silva scores with a nice right hand.
Gajewski has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Silva is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Both fighters circling a little - Silva finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Gajewski takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Silva displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gajewski throws out the jab.
Gajewski takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Silva moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Silva is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gajewski flicks out a counter leg kick but Silva steps away.
Silva connects with a leg kick. Gajewski looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Gajewski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gajewski scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Silva is rocked!
That kick from Silva tenderised Gajewski's leg. Gajewski is trying to keep his angry face on.

Gajewski drops Silva with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Silva looks back up at him and smiles so Gajewski waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Gajewski drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Silva's head, knocking him out cold! Gajewski is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
