Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Dusty Madson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sergio Moraes!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moraes moves out of range of the body kick.
Moraes steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Madson.
Madson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Moraes takes a step back to recover.
Madson digs a good body shot into Moraes's ribs.
Moraes jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A leg kick checked by Moraes.
Madson throws a body kick despite being completely out of range

and Moraes counters with a single leg into guard. Madson didn't expect that.
Moraes looking to pass the guard.
Moraes is still trying to improve position.
Madson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moraes on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Madson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moraes wants to pass the guard but Madson is keeping the position.
Madson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Moraes is one step ahead there.
Moraes tries to free his leg and advance position but Madson is retaining full guard.

Moraes postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Madson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Moraes, into his guard.


Moraes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Madson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Madson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Madson throws a big right hand that misses.

Madson wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Moraes's closed guard. He's half up but Moraes has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Moraes pivots and extends the arm, Madson falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Moraes! Well done that man!
