The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boyle tries to keep at a distance but Edmondson has taken the fight into the clinch.

Edmondson wants the takedown. Boyle is fighting it off but Edmondson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Boyle's guard against the cage.

Edmondson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boyle has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Edmondson has managed to get both his arms back between Boyle's legs - danger averted.

Edmondson loads up on a big left hand. Boyle felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Edmondson looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Boyle can't hide his disappointment, as Edmondson celebrates the victory.
