Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Willow Ufgood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy McCranky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jimmy McCranky was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ufgood gets caught flat footed, as McCranky shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

McCranky avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Ufgood doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Ufgood looking for a guillotine here but McCranky defends easily.

Ufgood throws his legs up looking for a submission but McCranky uses it to pass to side control.
Ufgood sneaks back into half guard.
McCranky drops an elbow to the side of Ufgood's head.

McCranky is looking for a kimura but Ufgood is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McCranky to get the leverage.

McCranky is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ufgood wants to get back to full guard.

McCranky is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
McCranky tries to bum rush Ufgood with a series of wild strikes but Ufgood uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and McCranky counters with a single leg into guard. Ufgood didn't expect that.

Ufgood is looking for a triangle but McCranky pushes his legs off easily.

McCranky has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ufgood is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. McCranky yanks on the arm and Ufgood is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by McCranky.
