Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Melvin Mercy!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bylicki takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Dominik Bylicki has been cut.
Bylicki misses with a takedown attempt
and Mercy counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Bylicki fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mercy, pushing him back against the cage.
Mercy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mercy lands a high kick!
Mercy bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Bylicki shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mercy but Mercy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mercy moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Melvin Mercy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bylicki tries to clinch up but Mercy circles away and keeps his distance.
Mercy tries a head kick but it misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bylicki misses with a head kick.
Mercy fails to land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Mercy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mercy throws a nice outside leg kick.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Mercy! Bylicki is backing up but he can't get away as Mercy lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Bylicki and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Melvin Mercy!
