Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Faolan Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nowa Sowa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch comes to the cage accompanied by Foggy Dew. Nowa Sowa is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sowa but Sowa pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lynch misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sowa is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Lynch with a body shot.
Lynch keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sowa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sowa slaps away a takedown attempt from Lynch, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Faolan Lynch. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lynch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sowa unleashes a big counter combination but Lynch bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Sowa should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lynch looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sowa takes a swing at Lynch's ribcage but misses.
Lynch appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
A punch combination from Sowa misses.

Lynch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lynch throws a leg kick but Sowa checks it.
Nice sprawl there from Sowa as Lynch shoots in.
Sowa misses with a hook. Lynch ducked under it nicely.
Lynch clinches up with Sowa and pushes him back against the cage.
Sowa breaks the clinch.
Lynch shoots and misses
and Sowa counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Sowa passes to full mount!
Sowa wants to finish this one by submission but Lynch is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sowa.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lynch is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sowa scoring with strikes but Lynch is staying in there.
Sowa pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Sowa has isolated one of Lynch's arms. Lynch looking to fight him off but Sowa twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
