Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aziz Shavershian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Klotskie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shavershian comes to the cage accompanied by John O'callaghan - Zyzz Version V2, - Find Yourself feat. Sarah Howells (Re. Ivan Klotskie acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Klotskie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shavershian as he jumps to the side.
It looked like Shavershian wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Klotskie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Shavershian but Shavershian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Aziz Shavershian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Klotskie.
The crowd cheers as Shavershian lands an impressive looking overhand right. Klotskie doesn't seem phased though.
Klotskie goes for a double leg but Shavershian avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Shavershian continues to drive forward.
It looked like Shavershian was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

and Shavershian counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Shavershian slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Ivan Klotskie has been cut.
Klotskie shoots in for a takedown but Shavershian shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Klotskie shoots in looking for a takedown. Shavershian tries to sprawl out of it but Klotskie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shavershian manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Shavershian swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Klotskie.

Nice combo by Shavershian! Oh, that's hurt him - Klotskie falls to the canvas and Shavershian follows him into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shavershian is working to tighten his grip on Klotskie's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Klotskie has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Shavershian is really squeezing tight and eventually Klotskie passes out! Shavershian breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
