Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thad Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Berry Bluethurty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bluethurty shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Doyle pinned against the cage. Doyle gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bluethurty shoots in but no luck this time.

Doyle gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bluethurty is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Doyle gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Thad Doyle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Berry Bluethurty.
Bluethurty has Doyle pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Doyle manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Bluethurty gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Doyle has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bluethurty is working away from the top position though.
Doyle makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Doyle.
Bluethurty distracts Doyle with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bluethurty is in close to Doyle's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bluethurty drops back looking for a leg! Doyle is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Doyle manages to kick Bluethurty off! Bluethurty jumps back into Doyle's guard.
Doyle has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Bluethurty has passed into side control.
Doyle is looking for a sweep.
Doyle could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Doyle is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Doyle gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Doyle moves into full guard.
Doyle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bluethurty's guard.

Bluethurty tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Doyle tries to stand but Bluethurty is controlling from the bottom.
Bluethurty wants to stand and escape but Doyle is having none of it.
Bluethurty is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Doyle slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Bluethurty pushes Doyle off and gets back to his feet.

Bluethurty drops Doyle with a beautiful combination! Doyle stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bluethurty is looking for the KO!

Doyle is rocked!

It looks like Thad Doyle has been cut.

A big right followed by a crushing left from Bluethurty knocks Doyle out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
