Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steven Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Dingley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steven Glass!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Dingley!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glass needs to keep his hands up - Dingley had a free shot at his head there.
Glass is looking to clinch but Dingley is avoiding it.
Dingley misses with a double jab.
Dingley works over Glass's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Steven Glass has been cut.
A punch combination from Dingley misses.
Nice sprawl there from Dingley as Glass shoots in.
Dingley tests Glass's chin there with a solid looking shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dingley lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Joe Dingley is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Glass is looking to clinch.
Glass slips a jab and a cross from Dingley.
Glass fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Dingley as Glass shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steven Glass. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dingley keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dingley misses with a two punch combination.
Dingley throws a nice looking combination but Glass bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dingley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Glass fails with an attempt to clinch.
A right-left combo lands from Dingley.
Dingley throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dingley connects with a crisp jab.
Dingley keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Glass misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Glass takes one on the button.
Horrible takedown by Glass or perhaps it was just good defense by Dingley which made him look bad.
Glass changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dingley tries to avoid it but Glass manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dingley to the ground. Dingley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Dingley dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Steven Glass's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Glass closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dingley is staying active underneath Glass, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Glass wants to pass the guard but Dingley is defending well.
Dingley keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Glass is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Glass is tying to control. Dingley wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Glass is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Dingley reverses the position - he's now on top in Glass's guard.

Glass has his foot on Dingley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dingley works his way back into a safe position though.

Glass throwing rabbit punches from the bottom - showing the judges that he's keeping busy.
Dingley wanted to stand there but Glass had control of the position.
Glass might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Glass is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Glass has his foot on Dingley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dingley works his way back into a safe position though.
Dingley wanted to stand there but Glass had control of the position.
Glass controls Dingley momentarily but Dingley frees himself.

Glass throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Dingley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Glass doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Glass looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Glass throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Glass has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dingley can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Glass tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Dingley has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Glass to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dingley is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Glass pulls down on the head and he's put Dingley to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Steven Glass!
