The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez digs a good body shot into Panther's ribs.
Gonzalez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Panther fails with a takedown attempt.
Gonzalez fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Panther looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Panther takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Gonzalez lands with a nice combination. Panther backs away looking to recover.

It looks like James Panther has been cut.
Gonzalez scores with a shot to the body.
Gonzalez lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Panther is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Panther walks straight into a right hand from Gonzalez - that's dropped him! Gonzalez jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Panther from any more punishment! Panther complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
