The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Swanson.
Nardello lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Dandy Swanson has been cut.
Nardello throws a left and a right that both miss
and Swanson moves into the clinch.
Swanson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Nardello blocks it with crossed arms.
Swanson is looking to take this one to the mat.
Swanson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Swanson lands a body punch in the clinch.
Swanson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Nardello uses from the top position.

Swanson shoots in and bounces Nardello off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Nardello scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Swanson manages to mount him!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nardello is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Nardello is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Swanson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Poor strikes thrown by Swanson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Nardello takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Swanson with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Swanson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Nardello on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nardello tries to get out of the position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Swanson breaks from Nardello's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Swanson tries to control but Nardello wriggling away.
Nardello is in a horrible position here. Swanson smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's time! Nardello's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Nardello ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Swanson shoots in but Nardello avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Swanson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nardello tries to avoid it but Swanson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nardello to the ground. Nardello escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Swanson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nardello as he avoids it easily.
Bratt Nardello has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dandy Swanson.
Swanson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nardello sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Nardello seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Nardello throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Swanson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nardello sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Swanson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nardello swats away the attempt to clinch by Swanson.

Crunch! Swanson slams his shin into Nardello's torso.
Nardello is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Swanson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Swanson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nardello.
Swanson unleashes a big counter combination but Nardello bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
A left and a right from Nardello both land. Nice combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nardello. Swanson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Swanson tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Nardello counters with a big right hand! Oh Swanson is in trouble here! Nardello follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bratt Nardello!
