Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ludovic Presle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitchell Maston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell Maston told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Maston plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Ludovic Presle has been cut.

Maston scores with a takedown into Presle's guard.
Maston stops Presle from standing up.
Maston pushing down on Presle's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Maston connects with a nice short shot to Presle's temple.

Presle wants to get back to full guard.

Maston is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Presle has managed to free his arm - good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Presle pushes Maston off and gets back to his feet.
Presle swats away the attempt to clinch by Maston.
Maston tries to bum rush Presle with a series of wild strikes but Presle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Maston decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Maston in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Presle tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Maston!
