The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Fannigan misses.
Fannigan throws a right hand that Velasquez ducks under and follows up with a left that Velasquez also avoids with ease.
No joy there for Fannigan , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Velasquez lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Velasquez.

and Velasquez counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Velasquez circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Fannigan tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Velasquez wins by KO!
