Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blaine Kinney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sims has chosen Scribe - Not Many as his entrance music. Ryan Sims will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Sims!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kinney darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Kinney looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sims with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kinney moves into full mount! Sims won't be happy about that!
Kinney controlling his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kinney has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kinney breaks from Sims's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Kinney controlling the pace for now.
Kinney seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sims for as long as he can get away with.
Kinney landing strikes from the mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sims is bucking up trying to escape but Kinney cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Kinney tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Sims is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Sims has left one of his arms exposed and Kinney doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Sims screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
