Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bartle Doo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Royce Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Bartle Doo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Doo tries to keep at a distance but Gracie has taken the fight into the clinch.

Doo has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Gracie is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Doo.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

That was a close round but I would say that Bartle Doo will probably get the nod.

You can see the frustration on Gracie's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Doo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Doo counters with a takedown into side control.
Gracie gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Gracie has given up his back. Will we see Doo going for some submissions?

Doo working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Gracie is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Doo has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Gracie taps out!
