The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Greek throws a looping overhand right but McSlamm ducks down to avoid it.
McSlamm half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

The Greek scores with a takedown into McSlamm's guard.
The Greek trying to control the position from guard on top but McSlamm is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McSlamm is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
McSlamm is working hard here to advance position.
The Greek is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The Greek trying to control but McSlamm is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Greek trying to stand up but can't free himself from McSlamm's guard.
McSlamm wants to sweep but no luck.
The Greek trying to control the position from guard on top but McSlamm is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

McSlamm is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The Greek drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McSlamm manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now The Greek has McSlamm in his guard.

The Greek looking for a guillotine here but McSlamm defends easily.
The Greek controls McSlamm momentarily but McSlamm frees himself.
McSlamm wants to control from the top but The Greek keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McSlamm postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

McSlamm lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
McSlamm distracts The Greek with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The Greek lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The Greek has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of McSlamm is proving hard to escape from.

The Greek postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McSlamm is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of The Greek, into his guard.

McSlamm working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of The Greek's head.

The Greek is rocked!
McSlamm arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! The Greek's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Sara McSlamm decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
