Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Baxter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Polo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Polo has chosen On The Floor as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marco Polo!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baxter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Polo has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Polo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Polo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Baxter sprawls well. Baxter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Polo gets slowly back to his feet.
Baxter slips a straight right by Polo.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Baxter trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Baxter, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
