The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams Jr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Adams Jr scores with a one two! Al Mustapha had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Muhammed Al Mustapha has been cut.

Adams Jr has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Al Mustapha after a bit of a struggle.

Al Mustapha ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Al Mustapha no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Adams Jr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Al Mustapha. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Adams Jr got a little sloppy there for a moment and Al Mustapha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Adams Jr has managed to get both his arms back between Al Mustapha's legs - danger averted.

Adams Jr connects with a good right hand that stumbles Al Mustapha. Al Mustapha circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Adams Jr swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Adams Jr fails with an attempt to clinch.

Al Mustapha bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Adams Jr bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
No luck for Al Mustapha with that takedown attempt.

Al Mustapha takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Al Mustapha shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Adams Jr sprawls well. Adams Jr wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Al Mustapha gets slowly back to his feet.

Adams Jr bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Al Mustapha's head.

Grizzly Adams Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Al Mustapha shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Adams Jr as he jumps to the side.

Horrible takedown attempt by Adams Jr or perhaps it was just good defense by Al Mustapha, which made it look bad.

Adams Jr fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Adams Jr lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Al Mustapha moves into the clinch.

Al Mustapha breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Al Mustapha goes for a double leg but Adams Jr avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Adams Jr continues to drive forward.

Muhammed Al Mustapha's cut is getting worse.
Al Mustapha lands a nice leg kick that just misses Adams Jr's sensitive parts.

Adams Jr lands a left and a right that send Al Mustapha crashing to the mat, dazed. Adams Jr thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Al Mustapha is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams Jr lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Al Mustapha - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Adams Jr!
