Stirling kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Endgestalt - Sturmkrieger. And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Galloway Sackett!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sackett scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Stirling scores with a shot to the body.
Stirling misses with a looping left.
Sackett chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Sackett lands a nice leg kick that just misses Stirling's sensitive parts.
A telegraphed right hand from Stirling misses the target.
Sackett lands a leg kick that knocks Stirling off balance momentarily.

Sackett moves forwards but Stirling connects with a nice, crisp jab.

We've been hearing good reports from Stirling's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Sackett is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stirling's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stirling's back!
I really don't envy Stirling right now.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Stirling throws an overhand right that lands on Sackett's shoulder, as Sackett tries to avoid the shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Alastair Stirling has been cut.
Sackett blocks a jab.
Sackett only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Stirling jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Sackett gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stirling.
Stirling uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Sackett has time to react.
Stirling doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A shot to the body from Stirling misses
and Sackett makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Sackett fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Stirling moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Stirling is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Sackett is rocked!
Stirling shoots in for a double leg but Sackett sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sackett is still on wobbly legs! Can Stirling finish him?
Galloway Sackett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sackett scores with a hook to the body. Stirling takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Sackett seems to have recovered his senses.

and Sackett comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Stirling stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Sackett is on him like rabid pit bull! Stirling slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
