Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edu Fola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Correa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edu Fola is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Edu Fola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Correa!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fola avoids the body shot from Correa.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Fola - that will leave a mark!
A punch combination from Correa misses.
Correa moves out of range of the body kick from Fola.
Fola takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fola misses with a kick to the body.
Correa throws a big shot that misses.
Correa closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fola did well to prevent Correa getting side control.
Fola regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Correa.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fola wants to stand and escape but Correa is having none of it.

Fola pushes Correa off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Correa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fola takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A chopping leg kick lands by Fola.
Fola takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Correa misses with an uppercut. Fola saw that one coming.
Fola motions for Correa to come forward. Fola throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Correa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fola goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Fola misses with a kick to the body.
Fola looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fola waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Correa.
Correa uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Fola has time to react.
Correa lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fola at a distance.
Fola throws a series of punches but Correa moves out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Correa lands with a hook. Fola tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fola misses with a kick to the body.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Correa! But no joy.
Correa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fola circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice straight punches there by Correa. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Correa.
Correa throws a jab but it's blocked by Fola.
Fola looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Correa will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fola feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Correa throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fola was covering up waiting for the punch and Correa finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Correa wants to control from the top but Fola keeps moving.

Fola has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Correa off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Both fighters circling a little - Fola finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Fola gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Correa decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fola's guard.
Fola manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Correa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Correa scores with the left hand. Fola knows he should have avoided that one.

Correa just misses with a punch to the body.
Fola pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Fola tries to land a front kick but Correa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Fola throws a wild body kick that Correa sees coming a mile off.
Fola throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Correa darts in looking for a takedown but Fola gets double underhooks and turns Correa into the cage.

Fola goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Correa misses with a wild combination.
Correa has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Fola uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Correa.
Correa is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fola's half guard.
Correa is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Correa is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fola defends it well.

Correa is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Fola avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Correa.
Correa is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fola is just riding it out for now. Correa eventually gives up the hold.
Correa is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fola has managed to free his arm - good work.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Correa is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Fola!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jose Correa dominated that round.
That's time! Fola's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
A cross from Correa lands.
Correa scores with a crisp jab that stopped Fola in his tracks.
Fola throws a push kick but Correa slaps the foot to one side.
Correa swinging wildly here.
Fola fires out a quick counter leg kick but Correa just manages to avoid it.
An inside leg kick from Fola misses.
Fola is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Correa.
Correa misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Fola misses with a kick to the body.
Fola feints and then cracks Correa's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Correa down.
Fola lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Fola moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Correa moves out of range of the body kick from Fola.
Fola ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Correa just misses with a punch to the body.
Fola quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Fola tries to work over Correa's front leg with a kick but Correa checks it.
Correa displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fola throws out the jab.
Fola defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Correa.
Jose Correa seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Correa connects with a crisp jab.

Correa closes the distance and clinches up with Fola, looking for a takedown. Correa pushes Fola against the cage but Fola circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Edu Fola has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Correa.

No joy there for Fola, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Correa smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Correa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Correa looks to land a combination. Fola sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Fola is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oh Fola is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Correa walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Fola drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Correa swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Fola's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jose Correa!
Jose Correa decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
