Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fox looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Barrera darts in and clinches Fox up against the cage.

Fox tries for a takedown but Barrera sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Barrera lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Barrera throws a body punch but Fox moves out of range.

Barrera decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Barrera will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Fox is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Barrera.

Barrera has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Fox has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Fox tries to sprawl but Barrera drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Barrera looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fox with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Barrera has hold of Fox's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fox manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Barrera cracks Fox with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Fox wants to clinch up but Barrera keeps it at a distance.
