The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sizewell throws a right and a left that Evans avoids nicely.
Evans avoids the head kick by Sizewell.
Evans doesn't manage to clinch there - Sizewell circles away.

Sizewell darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Evans is trying to stand up here but Sizewell is controlling him well.
Sizewell wants to control but Evans is keeping him busy.

Evans kicks Sizewell off and gets back to his feet.
Evans keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Evans stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sizewell.
Evans lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sizewell scores with a shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sizewell looks to land a combination. Evans sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sizewell.

Evans closes the distance and clinches.

Evans breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sizewell throws a right and a left that both miss.

Richard Evans is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sizewell tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Evans tries to clinch but Sizewell moves out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sizewell shoots in looking for a takedown. Evans tries to sprawl out of it but Sizewell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Evans manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henrick Sizewell. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Evans drops Sizewell with a naaaaasty hook - Sizewell is in real trouble here! Evans dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
