The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dharma slaps away a takedown attempt from Bronson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bronson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dharma avoids it really well and circles away.
Bronson moves in looking to clinch but Dharma pushes him off.
Bronson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bronson is looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vinny Bronson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bronson tries to score a body lock takedown but Dharma shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Bronson is trying to drag Dharma to the mat but Dharma just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Dharma misses with an elbow strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bronson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bronson manages to end up in side control.
Bronson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Bronson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Dharma tries to bench press Bronson off him but Bronson keeps the position.
Dharma wants to control but Bronson postures up.
Dharma has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Bronson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dharma has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bronson but great work by Dharma.
Dharma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bronson keeps working.
Bronson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dharma's best efforts.

Bronson has hold of Dharma's hands but Dharma slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bronson wants to improve his position but Dharma is controlling well.
Dharma is looking to advance position but Bronson won't allow it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dharma not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Dharma stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bronson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bronson is looking to cinch up a triangle. Dharma throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bronson's body to avoid the submission. Bronson has instead reached around Dharma's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bronson arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Vinny Bronson!
