Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Friedrich Nietzsche!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Lenny McTatum!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nietzsche attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
McTatum misses with an uppercut. Nietzsche saw that one coming.
A shot to the liver by McTatum. Beautiful body shot.
McTatum swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nietzsche throws a leg kick
and McTatum counters with a straight right hand.
McTatum avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nietzsche moves to clinch but McTatum breaks away
and McTatum counters with a lovely shot to the body.
McTatum loads up on a big right hand but Nietzsche slips the punch.
Nietzsche was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A slapping body kick lands there for Nietzsche.
McTatum throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nietzsche is looking to counter the offense by McTatum and move into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McTatum shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
McTatum thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nietzsche throws a jab when McTatum was well out of range.
Nietzsche wants to clinch but McTatum slips to the side
enabling McTatum to counter with a crisp jab.
McTatum lands a jab to Nietzsche's midsection.

McTatum throws a right and a left that both miss.
McTatum cracks a nice hook into Nietzsche's ribs.
Lenny McTatum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nietzsche takes a head kick and shrugs it off.


It looks like Friedrich Nietzsche has been cut.
Nietzsche throws a head kick that half lands.
Nietzsche fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nietzsche blocks a head kick by McTatum.
Nietzsche tries to clinch up but McTatum circles away and keeps his distance.
McTatum takes a swing at Nietzsche's ribcage but misses.

Nietzsche clinches.
McTatum looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Nietzsche lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Nietzsche has McTatum pressed against the cage.
Nietzsche misses with a hook to the ribs.
Nietzsche gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.


It looks like Lenny McTatum has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nietzsche lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Nietzsche misses with a punch to the body.
McTatum lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Nietzsche creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
McTatum blocks an uppercut.
A head punch on the inside from Nietzsche fails to land.
Nietzsche swings away with an uppercut that misses.
McTatum has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

McTatum breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McTatum catches Nietzsche with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
McTatum scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Nietzsche throws a front kick that sends McTatum stumbling back into the cage.
McTatum looks winded!

McTatum walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Nietzsche rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but McTatum has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
Nietzsche tries to close the distance and clinch but McTatum swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McTatum throws a head kick that misses.
McTatum throws a body punch but Nietzsche moves out of range.
McTatum moves out of range as Nietzsche throws a body kick.
McTatum swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Nietzsche lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Nietzsche throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McTatum sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nietzsche walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. McTatum checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Nietzsche tries to clinch but McTatum moves out of range.
Nietzsche misses with a low kick.
As Nietzsche backs off McTatum throws a huge counter combo but Nietzsche manages to avoid it all.
McTatum walks into a jab.
Nietzsche blocks a jab.

Nietzsche catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! McTatum stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? McTatum walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!


McTatum is rocked!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nietzsche tries to clinch there but McTatum circles away.
McTatum tries to bum rush Nietzsche with a series of wild strikes but Nietzsche uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McTatum throws a lazy head kick
and Nietzsche counters with a straight right hand that connects right on the button, dropping McTatum face first to the canvas! He's out! He's out cold! No need for a count here - this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Friedrich Nietzsche!
