Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boom boom Pow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Pow looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pow closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Knuckles to the mat! Knuckles manages to get full guard.

Pow has gone for a leg lock! Knuckles slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pow's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pow is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Knuckles is controlling him.

Knuckles slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Knuckles wanted to stand there but Pow had control of the position.

Pow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Knuckles wants to get up but he can't break Pow's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Pow moves into range and clinches up with Knuckles.

Pow wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Knuckles has him pressed against the cage.

Boom boom Pow overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Pow lands a big elbow.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Boom boom Pow just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Pow shoots in but no luck this time.

Pow feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Knuckles wants to stand and escape but Pow is having none of it.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Knuckles fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Pow clinches up with Knuckles and pushes him back against the cage.

Pow has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Knuckles clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Pow is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Knuckles defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Knuckles is covering up but some of the strikes from Pow are getting through and doing damage.
Knuckles rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pow connects with a nice short shot to Knuckles's temple.

Pow winds up and cracks Knuckles with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Pow seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Knuckles for as long as he can get away with.
